We want you to be happy with your Atlas House purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom, personalized, final-sale, and certain one-of-a-kind items may not be eligible for return.

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are carefully packed to protect each piece during transit. Processing times may vary depending on the item, especially for handmade and one of a kind pieces. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
